Burchard Vii von BARBY, son of Gunther von BARBY and Catherine von REGENSTEIN. He died on September 30, 1505. He married Madeleine de MECKLEMBOURG, daughter of Henri de MECKLEMBOURG and Marguerite de BRUNSWICK-LUNEBOURG, on July 23, 1482. She died on April 12, 1532.

Wolfgang Ier von BARBY, son of Burchard Vii von BARBY and Madeleine de MECKLEMBOURG, was born in 1502 and died on February 3, 1565 at the age of 63. He married Agnès von MANSFELD, daughter of Gérard Vii von MANSFELD and Marguerite von GLEICHEN, on February 2, 1526. She was born on March 15, 1511 and died on December 22, 1558 at the age of 47.

Albert X von BARBY, comte, son of Wolfgang Ier von BARBY and Agnès von MANSFELD, was born on February 25, 1534 and died on June 19, 1595 at the age of 61.

Agnès von BARBY, daughter of Wolfgang Ier von BARBY and Agnès von MANSFELD, was born on July 3, 1540 and died on December 7, 1569 at the age of 29. She married Joachim-Ernest d'ANHALT-ZERBST, son of Jean Ii d'ANHALT-ZERBST and Marguerite de HOHENZOLLERN, on March 13, 1560. He was born on October 31, 1536 and died on December 16, 1586 at the age of 50.

Jost Ii (Juste) von BARBY, son of Wolfgang Ier von BARBY and Agnès von MANSFELD, was born in 1544 and died in 1609 at the age of 65. He married Sophie de SCHWARZBOURG-RUDOLSTADT, daughter of Albert Vii de SCHWARZBOURG-RUDOLSTADT and Juliane de NASSAU-DILLENBURG, in 1595. She was born in 1579 and died in 1630 at the age of 51.

Christine von BARBY, daughter of Wolfgang Ier von BARBY and Agnès von MANSFELD. She died in 1605. She married Bruno von MANSFELD in 1571. He was born in 1545 and died in 1615 at the age of 70.
